How we work

We work on an introduction fee basis, which is payable on legal completion by the buyer.

 

We do not advertise our opportunities widely. Instead, we opt for a very personal service.

We know who is on our database and we ensure that we are well aware of each investor’s or developer's individual requirements, which is why most of our opportunities will not be seen by more than a handful of investors or developers.

We will definitely not spam you with deals that are not of interest for you, as this will not benefit any party involved.

We follow a strict process to assess both the land and the landowner’s willingness to sell it.

 

As soon as we have an opportunity that matches the requirements we have about you in our database, we will contact you to see whether you are interested. We will then provide you with a detailed information pack, which will help your team to assess the suitability of the site in more detail.

To be able to contact you with an ‘off market’ opportunity when it arises, we will, of course, need to know your requirements. This ‘developer information’ document gives a summary of the information we need.

While we prefer to meet new clients in person, especially if you have an immediate requirement, we can set up a phone call appointment to collect the information for our database and to answer any questions you might have.

As the property/land sourcing industry has become highly regulated, we are also happy to provide all relevant accreditations to your compliance department.
