The team behind Herxide has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. We offer confidential and professional services to those who are looking to sell or buy land for development, and to acquire commercial premises to convert.
We are fully compliant, and we follow strict rules when dealing with investors and companies who are looking to invest in land or property.
We are assisted by a broad range of key and knowledgeable professionals in the industry: solicitors/lawyers, planners, surveyors, finance brokers, developers, builders, project managers, architects and interior designers.
We aim to use a very personal, genuine and professional approach in our work with sellers and buyers, to instil trust.
Our Director, Christina Murias, has a Master's degree in Construction Engineering, for which she studied in Paris (France), and an MBA from Warwick Business School (UK).
Christina has worked in the residential market for the past 12 years in the UK, France and Spain.
Newly graduated, she worked in the construction industry in France, mainly on building sites as site manager and in tendering departments as quantity surveyor.
She was soon recruited by a multi-national company to manage a portfolio of more than €10m and was signing contracts valued at over €1m with single clients in the construction industry. Additionally, she set up a tender of over €20m in 2000.
After leaving the corporate world, Christina spent a few years developing a broad range of experience in business development, mainly implementing a tendering company and building a residential portfolio.
Her skills are not limited to working with and negotiating with small and large companies; she has also worked with investors and individuals (such as property owners).
